ReviewSafety evaluation of table liner for vertical roller mill

On the result of component preventive maintenance, the table liner for the vertical roller mill was fractured before the designed life of vertical roller mill which is (4 × 10 7) cycles. In this study we found out the fracture mechanism of the table liner using HDM and FEA, and estimated its safety using Goodman diagram.However, wear of vertical roller and table liner became unavoidable.
